At Jiva-Tattva, we strive to deliver the highest quality grocery items to your doorstep. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returning or exchanging Jiva-Tattva products purchased from our website.

 

  • Eligibility:
  • To be eligible for a return within 7 business days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    1. Opened or used products.
    2. Products damaged after delivery.
    3. Products that have been tampered with.
    4. Products purchased outside of our website (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart).

 

Returns:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jiva Tattva. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 7 business days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process:

  1. Login to your Jiva-Tattva account and visit the "Order History" section.
  2. Locate the order you wish to return or exchange and click on "Return/Exchange Request."
  3. Select the items you want to return or exchange and specify the reason for your request.
  4. Submit your request. Our customer service team will review your request and send you further instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges:

Return Shipping:
